The answer is no, but then again support issues eat up your time and energy behind the scenes. Product and service support doesn’t affect autopilot money making websites directly, but it does indirectly because you spend a lot of time building relationships and trying to satisfying your customers. The end result is that the support you give is not automated nor can it be.
