The if you have excessive body fat around your waist area then take a good look at yourself in the mirror, because it is my bet that probably have some excessive body flab on some other parts of your body as well. So, the big question you need to consider is this: why should you only want to get rid of those muffin tops around your waist line when you can have it all, and get rid of all your unwanted body fat??
